Family Wealth Management

As a family run business, it is our honor to include our clients in our Eastern Planning Family. As your financial advisors, we know that there are practical and strategic things that we can do to help our clients handle the challenges that life can present while implementing protection strategies and offering financial confidence. The loss of a spouse, a parent, a child’s spouse or even a financial hardship for someone that you love can be prepared for with the proper attention to detail. Our Family Wealth Management Program addresses various aspects of life’s transitions and challenges. Our comprehensive guides and checklists help our clients deal with everything from the loss of a loved one, to caring for a sick relative, assisting a child with special needs and caring for aging parents.

At Eastern Planning our mission is to help our clients plan with confidence so they can enjoy their life. Our goal with the Family Wealth Management Program is integral to that mission and as a step further, we understand that it’s not just your money, it’s your life.

Gen X/Young Adult

A Pew Charitable Trusts study found that members of Gen X may not have saved enough or accumulated too much debt to be on track for a comfortable retirement. We understand the difficulties of managing competing financial priorities while trying to save for retirement. As financial advisors, our goal is to help minimize that worry and anxiety by providing you with guidance and advice to set priorities and help you start managing your finances today so you can plan ahead for tomorrow.

Sandwich Generation

This program is specifically designed to assist what has become the “Sandwich Generation” to ensure that their parents and/or children are taken care in the event of a catastrophic event. These goals are achieved by opening the lines of communication between the generations and insuring that everyone in the client’s family is protected with the proper documents.

Aging

When a loved one passes away there is much that needs to be done and it can be very overwhelming.

As financial planners it our job to anticipate the challenges that life can throw at you so that you will have plans in place to make those difficult times a bit easier for those left behind.

Special Needs

More than 36 million United States citizens are living with a disability. Luckily, through medical advances, individuals with disabilities are living longer and more active lives. As the care giver you know that planning for their futures is paramount. We understand the strategies that you can put in place today to be financially prepared.
